Ending of Holocaust
The Holocaust ended at the end of WW2. The nazis were defeated in war by the allies which was the U.S and Russia. Allies let the prisoners in the camps go 1944-1945. Hilter died in 1945. Hitler commited suicide. Reading this book made me feel like I learned more about the holocaust.
Genocide
Another example in the world of genocide is slavery. White people did not get along with colored people and they wanted the blacks to work for them. Also segregation because they did not want colored people with white people. Colored people had different everything different, water fountain, bathrooms and jobs.
A country that Genocide happened in was Turkey because Turkish people did not like the Armenians calling Turkey their home. If you said you that Turkey was your home town you was deported or killed.
History did repeat itself because it happened to the Jews, African Americans and the Armenians.

The prisoners never escape because if they tried to escape they would just shoot them and kill there family , And the prisoners were hoping that one day they would have freedom from everything in the holocaust.
